COMMITTEES

CADDIES
Must be available Friday-Sunday. All caddies must have thorough knowledge of golf and Buffalo Dunes Golf Course. If interested, please call Loran Richmeier, Caddy master, at 620.640.8274

DRIVING DISTANCE
Measure driving distance by players during tournament rounds. Do not need to have extensive golf knowledge. Must be able to work a radio and ipad.

DRIVING RANGE

Assist Tour Professionals with range balls during practice before, during, or after competition. Will also assist Caddies with Caddy Bibs.

ECOLOGY
Will work closely with the Superintendent and Golf Professionals to help coordinate keeping water on the golf course for players, Assisting the Hospitality area with keeping supplies available, as well as overall cleanliness of the entire event.

ON-COURSE LEADERBOARDS
Will update the Top 10 leaderboards on course that update hole-by-hole. You will work with another volunteer at all times. 

MARSHALS/SPOTTERS
Gallery control, spotting

MAIN GATE/PARKING
Will be in control of every vehicle that enters the property during event hours.

REAL-TIME SCORING
Will be responsible for collecting unofficial scores/statistics for posting to the Tour's website and for assisting with communication to the Tour Rules Officials. (volunteers will ride in a cart and radio into Scoring Central after each hole)

SCORING TENT
After each round each player will come to the scoring tent to verify their scores with others in their paring group as well as sign their official scorecard. You will be responsible for checking hole by hole scores and making sure each scorecards have the appropriate content.

SCORECARD RUNNER
Transport scorecards to Scoring Central (does not actually involve running)

SCOREBOARD
Volunteers needed for the Main Scoreboard and On-Course Leaderboards. Volunteers will update the Main Scoreboard after 9-holes and 18-holes.

STANDARD BEARERS
Walk 18 holes with the pros, post scores on signage

EVENT SET UP
Will help with the total event set up and tear down. Will include Player Hospitality, VIP Hospitality, and event signage placement. Some heavy lifting may be involved. 

HOSPITALITY GREETER
Will greet VIP's and their guests at the Hospitality area. Will be responsible for regulating everyone who comes and leaves the VIP area.
